Non-Refundable Conditions

• Once a press release is submitted and payment is completed, no refund will be issued.
• Publications cannot be deleted or modified after submission.

Refundable Conditions

If the press release is rejected from our end for any reason, we will deduct 3% payment processing fee and the remaining amount will be refunded in your wallet.
